Action Required Before EntryThe Sewing Vault License & Access Agreement
TERMS OF ACCESS & LICENSE AGREEMENT
Please read carefully before entering The Sewing Vault. Electronic signature and agreement are required to unlock video lessons and downloadable resources.
Please read carefully before purchasing or accessing The Sewing Vault. By checking the box below and completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined here.
1License Grant
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access and view the video classes, supply lists, and templates included in The Sewing Vault ("the Content") for your own personal or business use. This is a license to use the Content — you are not purchasing ownership of it.
2Your Access Is Guaranteed — For Life
This is a one-time purchase for unlimited, lifetime access. You will never be asked to pay again, and your access will never expire — come back and rewatch any class as many times as you want, whenever you want, for as long as you want.
And if we ever move on from this platform down the road, you won't be left behind: we will email you in advance with a special link giving you full access to every video and download you're entitled to, so your access moves with you. Your purchase is protected either way.
Because your access is permanent and guaranteed, there's no need to download, screen-record, or save copies of anything for "just in case" — it will always be here waiting for you.
3Ownership
All videos, class content, templates, and supply lists inside The Sewing Vault are the exclusive property of Coach Sheek / SHEEK24KUSTOMS LLC. Your purchase does not transfer any copyright, trademark, or ownership rights to you.
4What You May NOT Do
You agree that you will NOT, under any circumstance:
Download, screen-record, rip, copy, or save any video content from the platform
Share, repost, redistribute, resell, or publicly upload any video from The Sewing Vault, in whole or in part, on any platform (social media, YouTube, file-sharing sites, another course platform, etc.)
Share your login credentials or account access with anyone else
Present, teach, or sell Coach Sheek's exact video content as your own
5What You MAY Do
You are welcome to:
Learn the techniques taught in each class and recreate your own original tutorials, videos, or content using your own words, your own filming, and your own demonstration — you may teach what you've learned in your own voice, you just may not use, clip, or repost Coach Sheek's actual video footage
Sell physical products you make using the skills and techniques taught in The Sewing Vault (bonnets, garments, accessories, etc.) — this agreement restricts redistribution of the course content, not the products you personally create and sell using what you learned
6Account Access
One login is issued per purchase. Login credentials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
7Refund Policy
All sales are final. This is a digital product — once you've accessed the content, the knowledge and materials cannot be "returned," and no refunds will be issued for any reason once login access has been granted.
7a. Chargebacks
Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute after you have been granted access to The Sewing Vault is treated as a breach of this agreement, not a valid refund request. In the event of a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback, we will dispute it with your bank or card provider using proof of purchase, proof of access granted, and your signed agreement to this no-refund policy, and we reserve the right to pursue all available legal and financial remedies to recover the amount owed, including collections and civil action where applicable.
8Termination
Any violation of these terms — including unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or account sharing — may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
9Liability Disclaimer
Sewing and craft techniques taught in The Sewing Vault involve the use of tools such as needles, scissors, irons, and sewing machines. You accept full responsibility for your own safety while completing any project, and Coach Sheek / SHEEK24KUSTOMS LLC is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from your use of the Content.
10Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
